Items purchased from Knoxville Tactical may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Please be aware that item packaging must be in new condition as well (Items in clam packs can not be returned once opened). Used items can not be returned. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back. Returns without a valid RMA number will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA number, please call 865-680-8082. Knoxville Tactical will gladly reimburse shipping on defective items, however, shipping charges will not be reimbursed for buyer's remorse. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (defective items not subject to restocking fee). Restocking fee may be waived in certain circumstances, please call for more info. Special orders or special large quantity orders are non-returnable. |
